This agreement states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between Electrascape LLC, who's principle place of business at 80-35 Springfield blvd, Suite 3N, Queens Village, NY 11427 and the Client who agrees to be bound by such.

WHEREAS, Electrascape is engaged in the business of offering Landscaping services and

WHEREAS, "client" desires to retain the services of Electrascape to render landscaping services conforming to the service outlined in the service description at www.electrascapeny.com. Electrascapes Policies and Procedures document. (Link in the website footer under "Policies and Procedures") as well as the terms and conditions herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by ;the parties hereto, Electrascape and "Client" enter into a covenant and agree as follows.

1. The Property

The location at a which Electrascape shall perform such services is located at (      memberid.address ) ("the property). (members.firstname)(member.lastname) warrants and represents that "the client" either owns the property and/or holds the proper legal authority to engage Electrascape for the landscaping services requested on the Property.

2. Term

Electrascape shall perform the landscaping services described herein after payment is made and within 14 days of such payment.

either party may terminate this agreement within 24 hours of the scheduled service date which is determined by Electrascape and confirmed with email notification by Electrascape to "the Client" via email as specified in his/her membership and labels as, "Primary"

 

3. Services

Electrascape agrees that it shall perform the services described in service descriptions at www.electrascapeny.com for the purchased service(s) only. Electrascape maintains the right to add or enhance the purchased service at the time of performance only, without obligation for future service. Neither party has the ability to materially change the details of this contract after its effective date and time. Service contracts can be cancelled only within the guidelines of said contract.

4. Compensation

One time and subscription services

In consideration for the landscaping  services, "The Client" shall pay Electrascape, for the requested service, the price listed at www.electrascapeny.com and shown in the checkout process. Payment is due in full to confirm service request.
